What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
The shortest trip is 2 days, and the longest trip is 30 days.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Luxury vehicles: 250 miles per day
Regular vehicles: Unlimited miles
What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
It depends on the car you select: some come with unlimited miles, and others have a limit of 200 a day.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer:
5% off for 7-day rentals
10% off for 15-day rentals
20% off for 30-day rentals
What are your standard business hours?
We are open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please call us to confirm.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes, with advance notice.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees for each?
Ubaj Car Rental does not typically provide delivery services. However, special deliveries may be arranged with advance notice and agreement.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Yes, custom deliveries must be arranged in advance and approved by Ubaj Car Rental.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
No extra cost for additional drivers.
What are the additional fees renters should know about?
Young Driver Fee: $200 (approval required)
Pre-Paid Gas: $55
Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late Fee: $25 per day
Retrieval Fee: $100
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
Absolutely no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.). A $200 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes. All vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass device. Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and parking violations. Toll bills may arrive 30–60 days later, so please review and pay your invoice promptly.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning fees apply based on condition:
Moderate Cleaning: $50 (mud, sand, small spills, light odors)
Heavy Cleaning: $100 (moderate stains, strong odors, extensive debris)
Severe Cleaning: $150 (steam cleaning/full detailing required)
Pet Hair Removal: $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning: $250
⚠️ Beach Use: If the vehicle is returned with sand or sunscreen residue, a $250 detailing fee will be charged.
🐶 Pets: We love animals, but please keep them at home. Pet hair cleaning fee is $150.
🚭 Smoking: No smoking is allowed. Any attempt to mask odors will still result in a $200 cleaning fee.
